| Thank-you for viewing this listing for a 1999 - T plate Nissan Primera diesel which I have taken in as a part exchange against another car. This economical 5dr hatch has been locally owned by its former keeper for the past 10 years and comes with a large amount of MOT and maintenance history. Despite its age, this car drives superbly and is extremely comfortable. The previous owner regularly used this car to travel from his home in South Wales to Yorkshire. I have just had the car MOT`d and it passed with no advisories, which is testement to the excellence of these cars. There are light scratches and imperfections in keeping with the cars age and mileage - I will list these bellow, but the car is solid and presentable, with a clean and odour free interior which has both air-conditioning (not tested so may need gassing) and a slide and tilt sunroof. The 2 litre diesel engine performs superbly and will easily average 45mpg. On the road, the car feels extremely well planted and comfortable. works really well. It has an on board computer which works out mpg etc. it has a reversing camera. tow ball and the electrics all in good working order. There is a load cover for the luggage in the rear. | At 118,000 miles for a diesel Nissan, the car has not anywhere near the miles of some previous Nissans I have seen advertised (recently 212000). Cosmetically it looks great for its age. Its seats have a few marks but no rips or tears. It has a few scuffs on the bumpers, that were done before we got it. the crack in the bumper was caused by me reversing (even though it has a camera!) the other scuffs on the bumper were caused by the cycle carrier. We have not used it at all for anything heavy. | The car has a CD Multichanger, though when we bought the car the cds were stuck in it. They have been removed. the cd multichanger though will now not be recognised by the car, though there is a single cd player in the car under the radio. Mr Holmes repaired cars and lorries and delivered paraffin to residents of the village. After a few years he took the Austin franchise and sold BMC Commercials together with Leyland, Albion and AEC. In 1952 British Leyland relinquished the franchise and he operated for 3 years without any franchise until Mr Octave Botner at Datsun UK persuaded us to take the Datsun franchise, which we did and it has served us well to this day. Stephen Holmes joined his father in the business after serving an apprenticeship as a Motor Mechanic at a British Leyland Garage in Wisbech and spent several years in the workshop before joining the Sales Department which he now Manages. Martin Holmes joined the family business in 1979 after leaving college having studied a Business Course and now Manages the Aftersales Department. In 1991 Nissan UK were taken over by Nissan (GB) Ltd and with it came the need for a new Showroom to meet their requirements. We are now celebrating our 52nd year in business and 31st year as a Nissan Dealer and have been awarded first place for Outstanding Performance in Customer Satisfaction for the 2nd time. wanted to upgrade to the SE which comes with full leather seats and all round electric windows. I am selling very reluctantly as i brought it as a project, these have a lot of potential! Not only that, for a 2l petrol engine they are quite good on fuel, i average around 30mpg (town driving) but have managed 40+ mpg on a 180 mile run mostly motorway! & that wasn`t snail pace driving. My only reason for sale is that i am soon to become a dad and now need to think boring but realistic and had to buy myself a nice diesel :(Taxed till 8/12MOT till 25/8/12As standard:full leather seats (some normal wear, not brilliant condition but not falling apart!)all round electric windows (all in complete working order, never any problems)front fog lightsair consunroof(yes, air con and sunroof! very uncommon but very nice!)front and rear interior light (handy!)power steeringprobably loads more but cant think!after market touches:18" alloys (needs 1 tyre as below limit on edge)k&n air induction4-2-1 stainless steel manifold and downpipefull stainless steel cat-back system with nice subtle tail pipe (doesnt sound too loud... till you put your foot down :))(I would get a decat on it too, around £50 on ebay, well worth it!)black diamond fast road clutch (recent)silver touring car stripBlack tail light units (road legal and e-marked, will not affect MOT)Wind deflectors on all four doorsIt is not in excellent condition but it is 12/13 years old now!
