This model is a Homy V manufactured in 1998 and imported and first registered in the UK in 2009 so many of the 67000 miles indicated were actually kilometers before the speedo was converted to MPH.This model also features the CD navigation and media/TV system, although these are for Japanese tuning and cannot be used as is for tv or radio reception - there are companies who offer conversion or upgrades for use in UK.
