As well as servicing all models of Lotus cars, we also service other makes and models. You no longer have to take your vehicle to an authorised dealer in order to maintain your warranty, as long as manufacturers OE parts are used.

We can supply brand new oem parts as well as second hand and re-manufactured parts, and offer value for money when it comes to keeping the Lotus marque on the road. As Lotus have used the parts from some of Europe's major car manufacturers, we can source the parts at very competitive prices. We send parts all over the UK and worldwide, with regular customers in Europe, Australia and Japan.

We try to source parts not only for Lotus cars but also Japanese imports, regularly obtaining parts directly from Japan where it has become difficult to obtain parts in the UK.

South West Lotus Centre Ltd incorporating Japimports-UK.com [hereafter referred to as the ‘Company’] offer the following Warranty on all vehicles sold unless Sold as Seen – with no Warranty given or implied or Trade Sale.
This is our own warranty and not one purchased from any other company.
Oil, brake fluid and water levels must be checked regularly and any significant losses advised immediately in order for the items marked* to be fully covered.
The following mechanical or electrical items specifically listed will be covered
ENGINE* – rocker assembly including hydraulic followers, inlet and exhaust valves [not burnt valves], springs and guides, cylinder head [not cracks and de-coking], cylinder head gasket [except skim], push rods, cam shaft followers, timing gears and chains [excluding tensioner], oil pump, pistons and rings, cylinder bores, con rods, gudgeon pins and bearings, crankshaft and bearings, inlet manifold, flywheel and ring gear.
N.B. Failure of the timing belt is not covered unless specified as being fitted at the time of sale.

MANUAL GEARBOX* - internal gears, synchromesh hubs, selectors, shafts, bearings and bushes and transfer gears.

AUTOMATIC GEARBOX* - internal shafts, gears, clutches, brake bands, valve block, governor, oil pump, bearings and bushes, servo, drive plate and transfer gears.

BRAKES* – brake master cylinder, wheel cylinders and/or calipers
CLUTCH* – pressure plate, release bearing, oil contamination [centre plate only], master and slave cylinders
DIFFERENTIAL – internal crown wheel and pinion, gears, shafts, bearings and bushes, thrust washers and spacers
FRONT-WHEEL DRIVE – drive shafts including constant velocity joints, universal joints and couplings [not gaiters]
REAR-WHEEL DRIVE – half shafts
ENGINE COOLING SYSTEM* – water pump, radiator[s]
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM – starter motor and alternator
The following parts are NOT covered:
BATTERIES – unless they fail within 7 days of purchase of vehicle.
FRICTION MATERIALS ie. Brake Pads/Shoes, Clutch Centre Plate, Tyres.
RADIO/STEREO/CD PLAYER unless supplied new by the Company.
ALARMS/IMMOBILISER unless supplied new by the Company.
ELECTRICS including aerial/s, window/mirror/A/C switches, central locking,etc
